Hydrotherapy Classes in ACT
Exercising in warm water has numerous therapeutic benefits that may help your injury or health concerns in a light and gentle environment. Our team uses an onsite specialised hydrotherapy pool, providing individualised and group services depending on your needs.
Our hydrotherapy classes are circuit based with a variety of strength, mobility and aerobic exercises that are performed in a gentle and welcoming environment. The Hydrostatic pressure of the water in our hydro pool creates a comfortable environment for your body, and can reduce swelling, improve circulation, decrease pain and help muscles relax.
The buoyancy of water can help to offload irritated joints allowing you to move with more ease and comfort while you strengthen your muscles and increase your tolerance to perform land-based activities and tasks.
If you are interested in learning more about our group classes or hydrotherapy services, please get in touch with us on 0420 204 329 and our team would be more than happy to help however we can.
